These professional designations are valid in Canada but are not equivalent to the protected professional titles “Psychotherapeut/in” or “Heilpraktiker/in für Psychotherapie” in Germany.

After an international marketing and communications consulting career that started in Toronto, and took me to Paris, London, New York, Frankfurt and Stuttgart, a search for deeper meaning led me to study counseling psychology in Canada and shift my career to professional counseling where I get great satisfaction working with people and helping individuals, couples and families thrive.
